Brenda Longpre Hoepfner

Brenda Adele Longpre Hoepfner, 67, of 148 New River Drive, Albemarle Plantation, Hertford, NC, died Monday, September 7, 2015 as the result of injuries received in a boating accident. Mrs. Hoepfner was born in Brooklyn, NY on February 5, 1948. The CFO of H & M Recruiting Group, she was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Elizabeth City. Surviving are her husband, John Mark Hoepfner; a daughter, Christine Pulvino and husband Joe of Baltimore, MD; two sons, Keith Hoepfner and Gregg Hoepfner, both of Hertford; and a granddaughter, Kayla Pulvino. A memorial mass will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. in Holy Family Catholic Church and will be officiated by The Rev. J. Victor Gournas. Later that afternoon, from 3 to 5 p.m., friends are invited to join the family for a Celebration of Life Reception at the Albemarle Plantation Club House. Miller & Van Essendelft, Funeral and Cremation Providers, 1125 Harvey Point Road, Hertford, is assisting the family with arrangements.
