Allen M. Trapp, Jr.

Allen Matthews Trapp, Jr., 62, of Farmington Trace, Carrollton, GA, died Friday, September 18, 2015 in Carrollton. Born on October 21, 1952 in Bethesda, MD, he was the son of Edna Williams Trapp of Edenton and the late Allen M. Trapp, Sr. A graduate of the University of Tennessee Knoxville, he was an attorney with the Allen M. Trapp Law Firm and was a member of the Georgia Bar Association. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sister, Joan Trapp Wilson of Portsmouth, VA; two nephews, Matthew Wilson and wife Allie and Jeffrey Wilson and wife Haley; two great-nieces, a great-nephew, and many other extended family members. He is also survived by his longtime associate, Betty Ashe of Carrollton. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Miller Funeral Home & Crematory, 735 Virginia Road, Edenton, and will be officiated by the Rev. Terry Williams.
