Betty Carty Peele

Betty Jean Carty Peele, 84, of 1505 Sac Trail, Edenton, NC, died Saturday, October 3, 2015 in Chowan River Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Edenton. Mrs. Peele was born in Norfolk, VA and was the daughter of the late George and Elizabeth Carty. Retired from the cafeteria of Indian Lakes Elementary School, she was a member of Bandon Chapel in the Arrowhead Beach community of Chowan County. Surviving are her son, Michael Peele of Edenton; and her brother, George Carty of Norfolk. At this time no services are planned.
