Vincent James Barone, II

Vincent James Barone, II, 48, of 3810 Caratoke Highway, Maple, NC, died Wednesday, September 30, 2015 in his home. Mr. Barone was born in Norfolk, VA on July 1, 1967, and was the son of the late Vincent James, I and Ruth Colleen Anderson Barone. He had been employed for many years in the communication industry as a supervisor in cellular tower construction and maintenance. Surviving are his wife Margaret Halterman Barone; his nine children, Steven, Skylynn, Vincent, Joseph, Trinity, Mark, Michael, Aurora, and Victor; a great-grandson, Liam; a sister, Annissa Jane Barone Griffith and husband David Lee; and a niece, Katrina. A gathering for family and friends will be held Sunday, October 11, 2015 from 2 to 3 p.m. in Miller & Van Essendelft Funeral Home, 1125 Harvey Point Road, Hertford. Friends may join the family at the residence. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to any chapter of the American Cancer Society.
