Colleen Ruiz

Colleen Ruiz, 46, of Luke Street, Edenton, NC, died Thursday, October 15, 2015 in her home. Colleen was born in Bay Shore, NY on September 11, 1969. An emergency medical technician, she was also a veteran of the US Army. Surviving are her mother, Patricia Ann Galbraith Mathews and her husband Ed of Edenton; her father, Joseph Ruiz of Albany, NY; a daughter, Jessica Ruiz of California; and two brothers, Joseph Ruiz of Smithtown, NY and Gary Ruiz of Brooklyn, NY.
