Norma Jean Mayes

   Norma Jean Mayes, 75, of 609 Pasquenoke Trail, Edenton, NC, passed away on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 in her home.

   Norma was born in Monticello, FL on December 30, 1940. She had retired from the management of military officer and enlisted clubs at various bases.

   Among her survivors are sons, Shawn Greene of Jacksonville, FL, Forrest Greene of Fredericksburg, VA, and Robert Ramsey of Richmond, VA; a daughter, Elizabeth Ramsey Petersen of Provo, UT and ten grandchildren.

   A private memorial service will be held. Miller Funeral Home & Crematory, 735 Virginia Road, Edenton, is assisting the family with arrangements.
