Kelsey Lynne Elkins

   Kelsey Lynne Elkins, 21, formerly of Edenton, NC, passed away on Wednesday, January 20, 2016 in Windsor, NC.

   Born in Norfolk, VA on May 6, 1994, she was the daughter of the late Robert E., Jr. and Mary Jo Elkins.

   Left to cherish her memory are her two brothers, Robert J. Elkins and Dakota L. Elkins; a sister, Zoey Elkins; step-mother, Darlene H. Elkins; grandfather, Albert M. Weatherspoon; and several aunts, uncles and extended family members.

   A memorial service will be held Saturday at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of Miller Funeral Home & Crematory, 735 Virginia Road, Edenton. Friends may join the family in the funeral home immediately following the service.
