Suzanne Anderson Story

   Suzanne Nicole Anderson Story, 36, of Hertford, NC, passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2016 at her home following a tragic accident.

   Ms. Story was born in Pasquotank County on August 26, 1979, and was the daughter of Debbie Scalf Brown of Hertford and Lewis Anderson of Virginia Beach, VA. A homemaker, she was a member of Chapel on the Sound. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Evelyn Scalf.

   Surviving in addition to her parents are her two daughters, Miranda and Cheyanne Story, both of Hertford; maternal grandfather, Rev. Joseph Scalf of Port St. Lucie, FL; step-father, Randy Brown; a sister, Robin Ross; a brother, Joey Anderson; her former husband, Tim Story, all of Hertford; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members who will miss her dearly.

   A memorial service will be held Monday, February 15, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in Snug Harbor Community Church. Miller & Van Essendelft, Funeral and Cremation Providers, Hertford, assisted the family with the cremation arrangements.
