Ursula Frances Layden, 63, of Spruill Drive, Elizabeth City, NC, died Tuesday, August 2, 2016 in Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.
A memorial service will be held Sunday at 1:30 p.m. in South Mills Church of Christ. Miller & Van Essendelft, Funeral and Cremation Providers, 1125 Harvey Point Road, Hertford, is assisting the family with the cremation arrangements.
