James Bondell Gilmore, Jr.

   James Bondell Gilmore, Jr. 47, of 111 South Queen Street, Windsor, NC, died Sunday, October 23, 2016 in his home.

   Mr. Gilmore was born in New Hanover County on November 3, 1968, and was the son of Brenda Bowman Gilmore and the late James Bondell Gilmore, Sr. An Army veteran, he was currently employed with Mediacom Communications in Edenton.

   Surviving in addition to his mother are his wife, Kristy Laine Smith; three sons, Brandon, Dylan, and Evan; two daughters, Andrea and Laney; a sister, Teresa; a brother, Shane; and other extended family members and friends.

   A private service will be held.

   Miller Funeral Home & Crematory, Edenton, NC, assisted the family with arrangements.
