Warner Lee Little

   Warner Lee Little, 87, of Sycamore Street, Hertford, NC, died Monday, December 12, 2016 in Elizabeth City Health and Rehabilitation.

   Mr. Little was born in Greene County on November 10, 1929, and was the son of the late William Travis and Lela Gertrude Harris Little. He was a retired auto body repairman. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister and seven brothers.

   Surviving are his wife of 66 years, Elizbeth Crawford Little; two sons, Johnny Little and wife Cheryl of Smithfield, VA and Mark Little and wife Donna of Boone; a daugther, Mary Patricia Noe of Fuquay-Varina; a sister, Gertrude Nicholas of Greenville; six grandchildren, John, Melissa, Elizabeth, Amanda, Michael, and Emily; and two great-grandchildren.

   A memorial service will be held Thursday at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Miller & Van Essendelft Funeral Home, 1125, Harvey Point Road, Hertford. Friends may join the family in the funeral home immediately following the service.
