Joseph Mixon

   Joseph Mixon, 78, of 1030 Halls Creek Road, Elizabeth City, NC, died Wednesday, April 12, 2017 in Heritage Care, Elizabeth City.

   Mr. Mixon was born in South Carolina on April 4, 1939. Self-employed in maintenance, he attended Pearl Street Pentecostal Holiness Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Frances Mixon.

   A memorial service will be held Monday at 2:00 p.m. in Pearl Street Pentecostal Holiness Church, and will be officiated by Pastor Rick Lowrey and the Rev. Ray Tavenner.
