Enrico Mineo

   Enrico Mineo, 44, of 1407 West First Street, Ahoskie, NC, passed away on Tuesday, July 4, 2017, in his home.

   Enrico was born in Palermo, Italy, on January 4, 1973, and was the son of Rosario Mineo of Ahoskie and the late Vincenza Scolaro Mineo. For many years he worked in the family business, Franco’s Pizza that was located in Ahoskie.

   In addition to his father, he is survived by his sister, Alessia Mineo Huckabee and husband Tony of Aulander; two brothers, Tony Mineo of Ahoskie and Franco Mineo and wife Beverly of Kitty Hawk; four nieces, Reanna, Leah, Francesca, and Isabella; and by four nephews, Wayland, Caleb, Blake, and Marco.

   A memorial service will be held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Miller Funeral Home, 304 Main Street, Gatesville, and will be conducted by Jimmy Ward. Friends may visit with the family in the funeral home immediately following the service.
