Robert Glenn Roberson

   Robert Glenn Roberson, 67, of 130 Mic Mac Trail, Edenton, NC, died Thursday, September 28, 2017, in his home.

   Mr. Roberson was born in Chattanooga, TN on August 30, 1950, and was the son of the late Lester Earl Roberson and Marie Osborne Croswell. A Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, he was retired from Southern Pump & Tank Company.

   Surviving are his wife of 45 years, Linda Kay Alter Roberson; a daughter, Annette L. Swafford and husband Greg; two sons, James Earl Owens and wife Marlin, and John Robert Roberson and wife Amy; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

   Military Honors will be accorded Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. in the Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, 5310 Milners Road, Suffolk, VA. After those honors, his cremated remains will be placed in the cemetery columbarium. Miller Funeral Home & Crematory, 735 Virginia Road, Edenton, assisted the family with arrangements.
