Tony Wall

   Charles Anthony “Tony” Wall, 58, of Eure, NC, passed away Wednesday, October 11, 2017, in his home following a sudden illness.

   Mr. Wall was born in Hertford County on February 10, 1959, and was the son of Florence Casper Wall of Winton, and the late Lee Wood “Jay” Wall. A former supervisor with Lewis Tree Service, he was a faithful member of Higher Ground Pentecostal Holiness Church where he played lead guitar with the Praise & Worship Team.

   In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife of 29 years, Renee Kluesener Wall; three children, Jacqueline Wall Owens and husband Christopher of Spring Hope, Jessica Desiree` Wall of Eure, and Timothy Carr Harrell of Powellsville; a brother, Stephen L. Wall of Eure; and a granddaughter, Jada Wall.

   Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2:00 p.m. in Higher Ground Pentecostal Holiness Church and will be conducted by Pastor Ray Faircloth, Sr. Burial will follow on the family plot at Winton Baptist Church Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family in the church the hour prior to services on Sunday, and all other times at the residence.

   In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to assist them with medical and final expenses.
