Frances Bigler Giles

   Frances Anna Bigler Giles, 90, of Hertford, NC, passed away Sunday, January 14, 2018.

   Mrs. Giles was born in Connelly, NY on February 13, 1927, and was the daughter of the late George Henry and Anna Frances Shaeffer Bigler. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Frank Giles, Jr.; a daughter, Ann Frances Sperle; and by three brothers, George, John, and Walter Bigler.

   Surviving are her son, James Frank Giles, III and wife Karen of Hertford; a brother, Leo Bigler of Kingston, NY; three grandchildren, Annemarie Rzekonski and husband Rick, and Aimee and James Giles; and three great-grandchildren.

   A Mass of Resurrection will be held Friday, January 26, at 11:00 a.m. in St. Anne Catholic Church. A burial will be held in St. Mary's Cemetery in Kingston at a later date.
