Fannie Jordan Green

   Fannie Joanna Jordan "Annie" Green, 67, of 1478 Weeksville Road, Elizabeth City, NC, passed away Friday, August 3, 2018 in her home.

   Mrs. Green was born in Washington County on November 24, 1950, and was the daughter of the late David Harold, Sr. and Lucy Marie Boyd Jordan.  A homemaker, she was active in the Pasquotank County Senior Center, and enjoyed making crafts of various types.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, David Harold Jordan, Jr. and David "Gee" Jordan.

   Surviving are her husband of 51 years, John Allen Green, Sr.; a daughter, Marie Hickman; a son, John Green, Jr. and wife, Sherri, all of Elizabeth City; three sisters, Sonia Smith of Hertford, Sue Neprud of Deland, FL, and Sherry Hughes of Raleigh; a brother, Howard Jordan of Elizabeth City; four grandchildren, Brian, Courtney, John, III, and Erin; and two great-granddaughters, Emma and Gracie.

   Graveside services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. in Hillside Memorial Gardens, Plymouth.  Friends may join the family at the residence.
