Janice Stallings Peede

   Janice Lee Stallings Peede, 66, of 205 White House Road, Belvidere, NC, passed away on Saturday, August 18, 2018, in her home.

   Janice was born in Pasquotank County on July 10, 1952, and was the daughter of Eleanor Glynn Hurdle Stallings of the home, and the late M. Garland "Dick" Stallings. Formerly employed with Farmer's Bank of Sunbury, and later the Super 10 Dept. Store in Hertford, she was a member of Sandy Cross Baptist Church.

   Surviving in addition to her mother, is her daughter, Danielle Lee Winslow of Belvidere; three sisters, Dianne Owens and Gail Layden (Wayne), both of Hertford, and Ginger Wilkins of Wake Forest; and two nieces, Lindsey and Crystal.

   Graveside services will be held Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. in the Rountree-Stallings Family Cemetery near the home, and will be conducted by her pastor, The Rev. Gary Nistler. Friends may join the family at the residence.
